Exchange policy

If for some reason you aren’t totally satisfied with your HOUSE OF DOLLS product because the item is either defective or damaged, then we will be happy to replace it for you.

Note:  Returning charges are at your own expense.  Your exchanged item will be sent back to you at no extra cost.

Refunds

If you would like a refund for your HOUSE OF DOLLS product, we offer 14 days for you to get in touch and return your product to the address below. If those 14 days have passed unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange, so make sure you get in touch as soon as you can!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, remain in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

If an item is returned and not in its original condition – the item is damaged or missing parts for any reason such as incorrect washing or mistreatment – this won’t be acceptable for a refund.

Please do note that we cannot refund you for the delivery charges.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment within 10 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items , jewellery or gift cards.
